How is your product stored for delivery?To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, all our deliveries are carefully packed in coolers with dry ice. This keeps everything safely frozen at -20°C or below, meeting—and exceeding—Alberta Health Services standards. From our hands to your doorstep, freshness and safety are always our top priority!

Do you offer delivery and pick ups?Yes! We offer both delivery and convenient pickup options: 🚚 Delivery: • Edmonton, St. Albert & Sherwood Park: Flat rate of $10. FREE delivery on orders of $60+! • Spruce Grove, Stony Plain & Fort Saskatchewan: Flat rate of $15 📦 Pickup: After checkout, we’ll work with you to schedule a pickup time that fits your schedule.

Are you a home based/commercial kitchen business?No, we operate as a fully licensed commercial business under Alberta Health Services. While the majority of our business is wholesale and supplying restaurants, we’ve recently expanded to bring our products directly to you through farmers markets and online delivery! This way, everyone can enjoy the same high-quality goods that restaurants do.
