Cooking Instructions:
Does not require thawing before cooking.
1. Fill a small pot with water about halfway to the top.
2. Put the wontons in boiling water for 10 - 12 minutes, reaching an internal temperature of 75°C (167°F), hold at least 20 seconds.
3. Strain, plate and serve. (Serving suggestion - add to soup broth with vegetables and noodles.). CAUTION HOT!

2. Mettez les wontons dans l'eau bouillante pendant 10 à 12 minutes, atteignant une température interne de 75°C (167°F), maintenez pendant au moins 20 secondes.
3. Filtrer, assiette et servir. (Suggestion de présentation : ajouter au bouillon de soupe avec des légumes et des nouilles.). ATTENTION CHAUD!
Ingredients
4 cups of water
2 cups of dried shiitake mushrooms
2 tablespoons of dried fried onions
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of MSG
1/8 teaspoon of sesame oil
Optional flavoring ingredients
1 sprig of green spring onion (chopped up)
1/2 cup of meat (any type)
1/4 teaspoon of salt (if adding meat)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a medium pot.
- Place pot over high heat and bring to a vigorous boil. Let boil for 5-10 minutes.
- Reduce heat (low to medium heat) and let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- If using meat as an option, ensure meat is thoroughly cooked to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F), verified by a food thermometer.
- Serve and enjoy. CAUTION HOT.
